Mission & Approach
I believe that we have most of the tools we need to take on the different hurdles in our lives. What might be missing is a new perspective that can come from a therapeutic relationship. I offer an open, safe, and non-judgmental space to all individuals who are looking to dive deep and explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
As each person has their own set of experiences and challenges, I strive to support clients in a tailored way so change is promoted and encouraged. My intention is to provide clients with tangible tools and strategies to foster change as well as the opportunity to feel vulnerable in a safe space.
My approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Adlerian Therapy. I have background in chronic pain, substance use, and support clients in areas like anxiety, life transitions, goal setting, and generational trauma.
