You can stay for the full 2 hours or stop by for a quick chat and some food - whatever you have time for :)

Post-Exam Worries: Rest, Recover, & Restore

A workshop for post-secondary students

Being a student is stressful - you're expected to juggle a schedule of classes, new and challenging information, and trying to figure out your future, make friends, and figure out life all at the same time. The struggles and dread of exams and waiting for your marks to come out fuels nerves and worries.

We invite post-secondary students to join Maddie & Shirvin in a safe and non-judgemental space to share their worries, learn healthy ways to work through the nervousness associated with school, and find comfort in knowing that they don't have to do this alone.

Details:
📅: May 2 (6-7:30pm PST) OR May 4 (2-3:30pm PST)
📍: Virtual (May 2) OR MMH office (May 4)
🎟️: $10+GST to register
👥: 10 participants per group
