About Manpreet Aujlay

Mission & Approach

You deserve to feel seen, valued, and supported — not just for how strong you’ve had to be, but for who you are underneath it all. If you’ve been navigating feelings of not being “enough,” carrying invisible pressures, or feeling stuck in patterns that leave you questioning yourself, you're not alone.

As a second-generation Punjabi-Canadian woman, I understand the complex ways identity, culture, family, and self-worth can intertwine. In our work together, I hold space for all the parts of you — especially the parts that have felt silenced, conflicted, or disconnected.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I draw from mindfulness, somatic therapy, relational and narrative therapy, all within a trauma-informed lens. Our work will help you reconnect with your body, make sense of your story, and shift the inner narratives that impact how you relate to yourself and others. Whether you're healing from past experiences, untangling expectations, or learning how to care for yourself emotionally — this space is for you.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process rooted in respect and compassion. Together, we’ll explore what it means for you to feel emotionally safe, confident, and empowered — not just in your inner world, but in your relationships and your everyday life.
